Nice IPhone News photos

Some cool iPhone News images:

There were long lines when the iPhone 4 went on sale at 7 am on Thursday, June 24th

Chris Bank twitter.com/sbanker got in line at midnight on Monday/Tuesday.

Joseph Lobato twitter.com/takeoverLA got in line on Tuesday

My interview with them Tuesday afternoon

when Hearst threatened to shut down the paper)

The Chron's retro nearly ironclad paywall (the NY Times & others which launched since the paywall failures of the Times' first attempt - which
sounded a lot like the Chron's - and the LA Times have more porous metered paywalls which allow some free
articles each month & easy sharing on social media - you can only share free Chron articles if you're a subscriber and
use their share button) finally launched nearly two years later on March 23, 2013

And while www.sfchronicle.com has been redesigned, www.sfgate.com is still as ugly as ever, particularly
the mobile version which you get automatically on an iPhone m.sfgate.com

And the sfgate page on same sex marriage is inept

www.sfgate.com/same-sex-marriage/

It pulls in "Latest travel developments and new attractions in Mexico" and only goes back to March 19th instead of having a well designed page which pulls together their reporting and photography since at least 2004.

There are fairly nice bios (see top), but no central place to access them, just from stories & no photojournalist bios that I can see

you'd think they'd be linked from here (which is a mess when it comes to what is bold & what isn't)
